Welcome to Santitto LLC– a passion-driven venture born out of resilience, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures. 

Having dedicated 17 years of my professional life to a single company, I found myself facing an unforeseen challenge when circumstances led to an unexpected layoff. In the aftermath, navigating a job market that seemed less than accommodating became a daunting task. Faced with the responsibility of supporting my family, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and reinvention.

In the face of adversity, I made a bold decision – to create something meaningful, a venture that not only sustained my family but also resonated with my passion and helping others.

Put simply, we buy and sell real estate and promissory notes.  We do this to help individuals and real estate investors who are having difficulties buying or selling a property.

We help buy either buying and selling your property.  Although we do look to make money on each deal, we will not do the deal if it does not satisfy the needs of everyone involved.  We also do not care if your property is in good condition or bad.  We still want to help!

We also buy promissory notes.  For those who want to receive cash instead of waiting till it matures.  We will buy the note from you for cash.
